The Carolina Foundation is an institution that promotes cultural relations and cooperation between Spain and the countries of the Ibero-American Community of Nations, particularly in the fields of science, culture, and higher education. The Carolina Foundation is a distinctive tool for Spanish cooperation in promoting scientific progress, institutional strengthening, and academic mobility to advance the 2030 Agenda and its Sustainable Development Goals. It achieves this through its public-private nature, investment in human capital and research, and relationships with Ibero-American foreign ministries and academic institutions.
