The application must be done through the Online Office, the process: University Title and Diploma Supplement (DP) Application.

Delivery of the University Title

1. Those interested will receive a notification stating that their title is available at the Office of the Secretary.

2. They will have to personally go with the DNI or passport and the receipt of the deposit of the title.

3. If you can not retrieve it personally, and according to the Order of 8 July 1988 that develops the 185/1958 and 1496/1987 Royal Decrees of the Dispatch and Delivery of Official University Titles, you'll need to provide the following documents:

• Power of attorney issued expressly for the withdrawal of the official university title.
• Non-expired DNI from the authorised person.
• Photocopy of the non-expired DNI of the person authorising the retrieval.

The Universitat de València gives authentic electronic copies of Official Titles, Own Titles or official documents expended by the Universitat de València since 1988 for the graduated and since 1989 for the PhDs, whose orginal copies are already in hands of the interested individual. More information.
