Internal Futsal competition

The Futsal championship of the Universitat de València is divided in two phases. The first phase is held simultaneously in Burjassot, Blasco Ibañez and Tarongers Campuses. The second phase is called Intercampus phase and gathers the best classified teams in each campus to compete for the UV championship. Additionally, the winning and runner-up teams are proclaimed in each campus.

CAMPUS PHASE

In this phase, the different teams that make up the groups of a campus compete against each other in a league system.

INTERCAMPUS PHASE

It is composed of the 16 best teams of the three campuses which are classified proportionally to the participation in the competition of each campus. This phase is based on an eliminatory system and the winning team is proclaimed champion of the UV.

RECTORA'S TROPHY

The Rectora's Trophy is organised by means of a mixed system divided in two phases. First, there is a classifying round. Then, an eliminatory single-match phase takes place.

The Rectora's Trophy takes place after the internal championship. This consists in a qualifying phase in which the teams are distributed in groups, having each group three teams. The first teams of each group are classified. They will play the eliminatory single-match phase.

* Teams can register for any campus competition they wish, but only for one of them. A player can only play in one futsal team.

Registration period of the teams: From 20  setember to 20 October 2024

Start of the competition: From  November

Fees:

• Internal Championship (includes the registration to the Rectora’s Trophy): 75,41 €
• Rectora’s Trophy
  • Registration of new teams: 21,55 €

 ECTS credits

Participation in the internal competition allows students to obtain 1 ECTS credit per season. Players are obliged to play at least 80% of the matches.
