Beginner’s course in Dinghy Sailing

Beginner’s course in Dinghy Sailing consists in learining the basic features of this sport. Learning dinghy sailing consists of three levels that will enable you to progress until you become autonomous and therefore make of sailing your sport, leisure or job.

Recommendations for students to carry out this activity:

  • Comfortable clothes: tracksuits, shorts, t-shirts and something to cover yourself, windbreaker in case of bad or windy weather. Neoprene is advisable.
  • We advise you to wear swimsuit as the underwear.
  • Extra set of clothes.
  • A towel and hygiene tools, flip-flops for the shower.
  • Cap, glasses (with security protection to avoid losing them) and sun cream.
  • Shoes or trainers with anti-slip properties in the sole, attached to the feet and wettable (no flip-flops).
  • Water or juice.
  • If the trip is in the morning, do not forget to copiously eat breakfast at home.

Four-month Courses:

  • First-four months: from 25th September 2014 - 29th January 2015
  • Second-four months: 5th February 2015 - 21st May 2015.
