Starting of training in gym for women +55 with no previous experience.
Let’s learn how to improve your strength (muscular mass, contraction skill and power) in a respectful, effective and safe way with your abilities.
Strength +55 presents a proposal of starting in gym and great strength exercices as to improve physical quality, essential in maintenance of our health and life quality, together with an improvement of articulation mobility, functionality and heart-breathing capacity built from strength.
Level:
Basic: 2 sessions of 1 hour (45 m with supervision of the coach and 15 m of autonomous workout)
Users: mínimum age 55 years old
Tuesday and Thursday – 15:30 to 17:00 2 groups
15:30 to 16:30 h for group 1 (45 m with coach and then 15 m users alone in the room with tasks
16:15 to 17:15 for group 2 (45 m with coach and then 15 m users alone in the room with tasks)
Groups will be determined in the class of first week
