NIA  mindfulmove

It's a new way to get fit and feel healthy. Nia means variety of conscious movement. It is a holistic movement concept with elements of dance, martial arts and relaxation and stretching techniques. It is designed to protect the joints and can be adapted to all types of people with its different levels of intensity. The mixture of the different elements works on muscular strength, cardiovascular system, balance, endurance, flexibility and creativity.
