The third day of the Autonomous University Sports Championship was held on Wednesday 22 November at the Blasco Ibañez campus facilities, with a full house of victories for UV athletes.
The third day of the Autonomous University Sports Championship pitted UV athletes against those of the Cardenal Herrera-CEU University (UCH-CEU). The Universitat de València took all the victories in the five matches that were held.
In men’s futsal, the UV team did not skimp on goals and closed the scoreboard with a 1-4 win. The men’s football match was slightly tighter, with the UV players also winning 3-4.
The men’s basketball match, held at the Universitat de València Sports Centre, ended with a 39-75 difference, also in favour of the UV team.
The padel and tennis matches were held on the Blasco Ibáñez courts. The UV racquets did not lag behind and closed both scores with a 3-0 in favour of the Universitat de València.
The fourth day of the Championship, in which only the men’s basketball match will be played, will be held on 14 December and will pit UV athletes against those of the Universidad Europea de Valencia (UEV).
