A total of 27 men’s and 20 women’s pairs competed in the Paddle Tennis CEU held in Murcia. The female pair of the UV achieved a commendable third place.
94 players from 28 Spanish universities met in the Spanish University Paddle Tennis Championship, held at the Paddle Tennis Club Murcia from March 15th to March 17th.
The women’s pair reached semi-finals and played against the University of Málaga, but they were forced to withdraw because one of the members got injured. The girls came back home with the bronze medal.
The men’s pair of the Universitat de València lost the quarter-finals match against the host university, the Catholic University San Antonio of Murcia (UCAM), who ended up winning the championship.
