The players of the University of Valencia have achieved victory in all pilota valenciana categories of the CADU (Autonomic Championship of University Sports). The competition was held on Wednesday (May 5) in the sports centre of l'Eliana.
The players of the University of Valencia won in the four highly-contested categories: Women's Raspall, Men's Raspall, Escala i Corda, and Frontó.
The team was made up of Carlos Donat, Guillem Palau, Pablo Salvador and Àlex Alàndes in Escala i Corda; Lluís de la Vega, Julio Palau and David Lostado in Frontó; Rafa Pla, Joan Fuster and Enric Canet in Men's Raspall; and Victoria Díez, Mar Giménez and Ana Belen Castelló in Women's Raspall. The coach was Ricard Sentandreu.
After a long morning of competition, the podium was completed by the University of Alacant and the UPV with second and third place respectively.
