Universitat de València partcipates in excellence once more against Universitat Politècnica de València during the second day of the Autonomical University Sports Championship (CAEU) and marks its path in the competition.

Handball, the UV female team won against the UPV 33-22, while male teams ended in a draw with a 35 score.

Football, UV female team won 7-0, and the male team won 5-2. Both matches took place at the Blasco Ibáñez Football Field.

Indoors Football, our male team tied with the UPV 1-1, and the female team was defeated 3-4.

Basketball, the UV female team achieved an outstanding victory with 112-39, and the male tea was defeated 65-84.

Volleyball, the male team was defeated 2-3 and the female team won 3-1.

Tennis, UV dominated all categories: single male 6-3, 6-0; single female 6-1, 6-2; and mixed 6-1, 7-5. Regarding paddle, the matches also favoured UV with 3-0 scores for both the male and female teams.

The second day of CAEU leaves UV in high positions, with promising perspective for winning medals.

The emotion will keep growing for the third day, with UV facing Jaume I University on 3 December. The basketball, football and indoors football will take place in Castellón; and handball, volleyball, tennis and Paddle will take place at UV facilities.
