Sara Mayes Alandete has won the bronze medal in the Spanish University Show Jumping Championship 2022 In the teams modality, the Universitat de València has won the silver medal.
On Sunday, April 10th, the Spanish University Show Jumping Championship 2022, held at the UCJC –Camilo José Cela University– Sports Club in Villafranca del Castillo (Madrid), came to an end.
After the two-days qualifiers, Sara Mayes Alandete from the Universitat de València and her horse "PDC Forever FE" won the bronze in the Spanish University Championship 2022. The first place and golden medal went to Jesús Rueda Martínez from the Polytechnic University of Cartagena riding “Kaiser de Roulard Doble R”. The second place went to Mario Villapalos from the Carlos III University of Madrid and his horse “Iroko V/D Brouwershoeve”.
In the teams’ modality, the Universitat de València won the silver medal with its team of riders María Cervera, Irene Granell, Elena Llavata and Sara Mayes. The San Pablo CEU University got the first place, while the Comillas Pontifical University got the third place.
