IFor the following procedures, in-person assistance at the window is not necessary:

  • New SPORTS CARDS: Once the card has been requested and paid for, you must send the scanned ID, a photo of your ID and the document proving the selected reduced rate (if applicable), to one of the following addresses, depending on the campus where you wish to collect the card: Blasco Ibáñez:  secrebi@uv.es, Burjassot:   secrebur@uv.es, Tarongers:  secreta@uv.es
  • Renewal of SPORTS CARDS: Once the card has been requested and paid for, you can leave your card at the access to the facilities indicating that you want to renew it, or you can send an email with your information (ID, Name and Surname) indicating that it is a renewal of the card. sports card, to the following addresses: Blasco Ibáñez:  secrebi@uv.es, Burjassot:   secrebur@uv.es, Tarongers:  secreta@uv.es
  • ACCESS CARDS: if it is a renewal, the card is automatically renewed once the corresponding fee is paid. If the card is new, once it is printed we will notify you so that you can collect it at the entrance to the facilities.
  • GROUP OR ACTIVITY CHANGES: send an email indicating your data (DNI, Name and Surname) indicating which activity, group and campus you are enrolled in and which activity, group and campus you want us to change to, to the following addresses: Blasco Ibáñez :  secrebi@uv.es, Burjassot:   secrebur@uv.es, Tarongers:  secreta@uv.es
