The Service Charter of the Facultat de Ciències de l’Activitat Física i l’Esport of the Universitat is the product of our orientation to meet the needs of our users. Therefore, this Service Charter aims to inform the users about the following aspects:

• The services that we offer.
• The quality commitments we acquire in its provision.
• The indicators to measure the extent of these commitments.
• The rights and duties of users to use our services.
• The mechanisms of collaboration and participation of users in improving our services.

Another goal of this Charter is to contribute to institutional improvement taking an approach oriented to management processes; the needs and expectations of users are taken into account to improve the rendered services.

Both goals allow a better delivery of services and a better perception of our users; thus we aim to contribute to the continuous improvement of the University of Valencia.
