Metabolic syndrome has become one of the major problems of modern societies, significantly increasing the risk of cardiovascular disease, diabetes, lipid disorders and other severe health issues. Raising awareness about the benefits of maintaining a healthy lifestyle is therefore crucial for preventing these types of conditions.
This talk will explore how factors such as obesity, hypertension and insulin resistance combine to heighten the risk of cardiovascular diseases and diabetes. It will also cover prevention and treatment strategies to address this critical public health issue. Don’t miss the opportunity to better understand metabolic syndrome and how to safeguard your well-being.
The aim of this talk is to inform the public about metabolic syndrome, with a special focus on younger audiences. Educating at an early age about healthy lifestyle habits can reduce the development of risk factors that lead to this syndrome.
