Service charters are the instrument with which each unit of the University of Valencia informs the university community and society in general about the services it has entrusted, the conditions under which they are provided, the rights of the users in relation to these services, and the quality commitments that are assumed in its provision.

With the present service charter, the Tarongers Campus Management Unit informs users about the main services it offers and the commitments assumed, taking their expectations into account.

Thus, the charter is an internal instrument to improve the quality of the service, which reinforces the orientation of users and citizens in general.
