The VII INNOVATION-ROOMS conference will be the meeting point for Teaching Innovation experiences.

 This edition, which will be held on Thursday, June 19 from 9:15 am at the Espai Cultural of the School of Philology, Translation and Communication of the University of Valencia, will focus on the challenge of incorporating and developing AIgen in the classroom.

 Throughout the day, we will see examples of the use of Design Thinking Method tools in the experience of professors from the Lucien Blaga University of Sibiu (Romania), and Professor Adela Cortina of the University of Valencia will talk about the ethical challenges posed by AI and the dangers for democracy. Professors from the Centre de Idiomes of the UV will tell us about the introduction of AI application techniques in the teaching of foreign languages.

We will also learn about the latest proposals and experiences on Educational Innovation that are being carried out at the University. The meeting will serve to share methodologies carried out by professors of our School.

In the afternoon it will be the turn to know an international memory experience: Professor Maribel Acosta from the University of Havana (Cuba), will tell us about her proposal to transcend personal memory in the classroom called “Family Album”.
