For the 2025-2026 academic year, financial aids are being offered in order to cover tuition fees for undergraduate and double degree university studies at universities that belong to the Valencian University System.
Text of the Call
RESOLUTION of 29 May 2026, calling for the 2025-2026 academic year grants known as: first enrolment for free to undergraduate and double degree students within the Valencian University System and its affiliated centres, as well as students enrolled in higher artistic education in the Valencian Community, and establishing the applicable regulatory provisions (DOGV Num. 10376 on 03.06.2026).

General applicable requirements
- You must have been born in 2000 or later.
- You must have passed all credits enrolled in during your first enrolment, as a full-time student, in the first year of your official undergraduate and double degree programme that corresponds to the 2025-2026 academic year.
In the case of students who come from higher-level vocational training and Plastic Arts and Design programmes who have received recognition of credits, they must have passed all the undergraduate or double degree credits in which they enrolled for the first time during the 2025-2026 academic year, regardless of which year of the degree those credits correspond to. This enrolment must be full-time, at least 48 credits (ECTS), without counting the recognised credits to this minimum.
- The enrolment of the 2025-2026 academic year must have been your first enrolment in higher education of official undergraduate and double degree studies.
- For the 2026-2027 academic year, you must enrol in the same undergraduate and double degree programmes at the same university within the Valencian University System and its affiliated centres for, at least, the same number of credits in which you enrolled in the 2025-2026 academic year. Recognised credits do not count for this purpose.
- You must maintain enrolled during the entire 2026-2027 academic year.
- You must have a Spanish nationality or to be a member of the European Union. In the case of non-EU foreigners, what is provided in the regulation concerning the rights and freedoms of foreigners in Spain and their social integration will be applied, excluding those who are under a temporary stay status (requirements on 30 June 2026).
- You must have been registered in the Valencian Community as of 30 June 2026.
- The amount of credits non-covered by other grants, aids, or exemptions will be covered.
These grants will be allocated in order of average mark (with two decimal places) and the verification of the requirement compliance will be carried out from the grants section of the UVEG.
Submission of requests
Since this grant does not require an application, the express ACCEPTANCE of students will be needed. Students who meet the requirements should have received a NOTIFICATION requesting them to submit the ACCEPTANCE DOCUMENT, ELECTRONICALLY signed (using a digital certificate) and to attach their individual registration certificate (to check the requirement) and the bank certificate of ownership so that the tuition fees already paid can be reimbursed once the grant has been resolved.
