b. Propose, review and monitor the Centre's Quality Policy and Objectives and report to the educational community.

c. Monitor the effectiveness of procedures through the indicators and evidence associated with them.

d. Control the implementation of corrective and/or preventive actions, actions resulting from the review of the system, and actions in response to suggestions, complaints and claims. And, in general, all procedures.

e. Manage and motivate the implementation of SAIC improvement proposals suggested in the procedures set out in the SAIC.

f. Decide on the frequency and duration, within its area of competence, of procedures for collecting stakeholder satisfaction surveys.

g. Propose criteria for considering improvement proposals that may arise from the results of satisfaction surveys provided by the Technical Quality Manager.

h. Supervise the information and report to the educational community, generally to the School Board, on the evaluation and improvement procedures that have been carried out.

STUDIES AND COMPOSITION

The Centre's Quality Committee is composed of the dean, the person responsible for quality, the group of chairpersons of the degree committees for each of the degrees (bachelor's and master's), a representative of the student body and a representative of the PTGAS. A member of the Quality Unit (UQ), appointed by its management, also forms part of this Committee. Given the number of degrees taught at the Centre, the Faculty of Philology, Translation and Communication deemed it appropriate to create subcommittees of the Undergraduate and Postgraduate Quality Committee.
