Last 05 February 2016, in the University Research Institute on Traffic and Road Safety, took place the act of defence of the doctoral thesis: “Diseño y estudio empírico del Método Metras de secuenciación de eventos en el marco del formulario de registro de accidentes de tráfico y de la investigación en seguridad vial” directed by the doctor Mauricio Chisvert Perales and the doctor Jaime Sanmartin Arce.

The tribunal chaired by Pedro Valero Mora (president), Álvaro Gómez Méndez (secretary) and María de las Nieves Gallego Ripoll(vocal) agreed to qualify the thesis as “Outstanding cum laude”.
Doctora Maria Teresa Tormo Lancero has a degree in psychology from the University of Valencia.She currently works as a senior technical research at the Institute of Traffic and Road Safety of the University of Valencia (INTRAS).
