The First Training of Trainers Programme in Road Safety in Latin America with University certification begins, under the academic direction of INTRAS.

Professors Luis Montoro (course director), Francisco Alonso, Ignacio Lijarcio and Sergio Useche are part of the teaching team.

Developed by the University of Valencia through INTRAS, the Ibero-American Association of Road Education and Training Centres and the Institute for Road Safety and Education ISEV, it is aimed at staff involved in Driver Training and related areas.

The Road Safety Training Course for Driving Instructors aims to develop and apply a consolidated training strategy in the field of road safety, which contributes to alleviating the serious problem of road accidents in Latin America by offering a multidisciplinary content by recognised professional specialists from different countries, which gives the programme an international character.
