Pre-enrolment results for the Universitat de València undergraduate degrees for the 2024-2025 academic year will be made public next Friday morning. This is a crucial moment for students, as they will find out if they have been admitted to their first option. If a spot has not been obtained, they must confirm their interest in remaining on the waiting list for future allocations.

The UV has the largest offer of studies in the Valencian Community, adjusted to the demand, which covers 100 % of the offer. In fact, last academic year, a total of 42 undergraduate degrees required a cut-off mark of 10 or higher in the adjudication process for the public Valencian university system. Next Friday, 12 July the cut-off marks and the lists of the first admitted students will be published.

Period for complaints

15, 16 and 17 July will be available for the students to present their complaints in the case of error or issue with their pre-enrolment. The results for these complaints will be made public on 19 July, the same day the enrolment period begins for those already admitted.

Enrolment procedure

Once the results of admission have been published, enrolment can be completed online at the assigned date and time, organised according to the qualifications presented. Depending on the degree and the faculty, the enrolment period will be between the 15 and 18 July.

The enrolment process will be completed through an app, accessible from any device. You must obtain your credentials (username and password) before you begin in order to access the UV services.

We recommend reviewing the subject schedules and planning your preferences. Don’t forget that the groups have a limited quota, so make sure to plan alternatives.

For more information about the enrolment procedure, visit the webpage of the Universitat de València.

What to do if you are in the waiting list

If you have been placed on a waiting list, you must access the online portal of the Universitat de València and confirm your interest to stay on it for each of the degrees. This confirmation is crucial to be able to participate in the next call for the allocation of vacancies. The deadline for confirmation is the day prior to each call, until 11:59pm.

How to remain active on the waiting list

To remain active on the waiting list, follow these steps:

  1. access the online portal of the UV;
  2. confirm your interest to stay in the waiting list for each degree;
  3. repeat this process for each call if you are still interested in obtaining a spot.

The importance of confirming your interest in the waiting list

Please remember that, if the waiting list is not confirmed in each of the calls , you’ll be automatically removed. This way, you’ll loose the chance to be admitted to that degree. Therefore, you must keep an eye on the dates for the calls and continue to confirm your interest.

Four calls for allocation of vacancies

The Universitat de València has established four key dates for the allocation of vacancies for those in the waiting list. Those dates are as follows:

  • 19 July 2024 allocation: Enrolment during the 22 and 23 July from 8am to 3pm.
  • 24 July 2024 allocation: Enrolment during the 25 July from 8am to 3pm.
  • 26 July 2024 allocation: Enrolment during the 29 July from 8am to 3pm.
  • 30 July 2024 allocation: Enrolment during the 31 July from 8am to 3pm.

Enrolment procedure for those who were allocated a vacancy from the waiting list

If you are admitted during one of the waiting list calls, you must contact the corresponding faculty to confirm the enrolment timetables, as there might have been some changes from the ones previously published. Remember, if you are already enrolled in another degree, you must cancel it before formalising the new enrolment.

It is essential that the students admitted during the second or subsequent calls formalise their enrolment during the periods established by the UV. Failure to do so, will result in the student’s forfeit of the vacancy, thus losing their chance to enrol.
