Registration for the 40th UEG courses, recognised with university micro-credentials, is now open and can be completed online through the website.
This UEG includes a training offer with 12 seminars, three for each macro-area of knowledge: humanities, social and legal sciences, healthcare, sciences and technological sciences. A varied programme that includes seminars ranging from Asian studies to renewable energies, Big Data, the post-memory of Francoism, astrobiology and regional funding.
All seminars are 10 hours total and are equivalent to a university micro-credential (1ECTS). Registration is now open and can be completed online through the website.
This year’s offer is presented as a “sort of professional update for those, with or without a university degree, who are interested in enriching their curriculum,” says Joan del Alcàzar, academic director of the Gandia International Centre of the UEG. The UEG seminars are recognised as university micro-credentials. In addition, CEFIRE Gandia offers recognition for the teaching staff of 9 of the 12 scheduled courses.
As usual, the academic programme is complemented by a wide range of activities open to the general public. At 7:30 in the afternoon, there will be a series of conferences and round tables, and at 10:30 there will be a musical and theatrical performance. The inaugural conference will be on Friday 7 July at 7pm and will be headed by the prestigious oncologist Ana Lluch.
