The Summer University of the Rincón de Ademuz (UVRA) is a joint initiative of the Chair for Civic Participation and Valencian Landscapes and the Office of the Vice-Principal for Spatial Planning and Society. It aims to provide a formative, cultural and diverting offer (panels of discussion, conferences, workshops…) to the inland Valencian districts.

The Summer University was born as a pioneer experience in the Valencian countryside whose objective was to answer to the concerns of rural population. Nowadays, it has become a referent for those people who want to study, expand their curricula and acquire new personal and professional abilities. They learn thanks to a series of information and tools provided by professors of the Universitat de València.

As a result, innovation and rural conscience is promoted from the challenges that the landscapes and the civic participation offer.
