
In a meeting held at the IVAJ’s headquarters, both teams traced the outlines of activity of the Youth Chair for this year
This Tuesday, 20 February, members of the Youth Chair of the Universitat de Valencia met up with Vicent Ripoll, General Director of the Valencian Institute for Young People (IVAJ), and Raul Puerta, Deputy General Director of the institution. The aim of this meeting was to present the chair’s work proposals for this 2024 and to create synergies that strengthen the alliance between both entities.
On the part of the Youth Chair were present its Director, Paz Viguer Seguí, Tenured University Professor. Department of Evolutionary and Educational Psychology; María José Cantero López, Tenured University Professor. Department of Evolutionary and Educational Psychology; and Pilar Blasco Climent, Political Scientist and Expert on education for participation.
The Youth Chair is the result of a collaboration agreement between the IVAJ and the Universitat de València for the development of knowledge, research and innovation in areas related to youth policies.
Through this project; educational, cultural, investigative and university extension activities are carried out. These activities are aimed at raising awareness and at the permanent dissemination of the reality of young people and the youth policies of the Valencian Community.
