The 1st Edition of the award given by the PESCV Chair to the best academic record in the Master's degree in Economic Policy and Public Economy will be one of the first public activities performed by the Chair
Given that training is one of the main functions of the Chair, excellence in training deserves a special consideration. Because of this, the 1st Edition of the award given by the PESCV Chair to the best academic record in the Master's degree in Economic Policy and Public Economy will be one of the first public activities performed by the Chair. And, with this award (consisting of a €1000 prize), the connexion between the Chair and the Master's degree in Economic Policy and Public Economy is verified.
The existence of this Chair strengthens the intention of connecting the labour world and the academic world through excellency.
The award will be given to Alejandro Víctor Briso De Montiano García, who has excelled in his grade in the master's degree.
The ceremony featured Justo Herrera Gómez, Vice-Principal of Economy and Infrastructures at the Universitat de València, Juan Ramón Gallego Bono, Head of the Department of Applied Economics and Francisco Muñoz Murgui, Dean of the Faculty of Economics in the Universitat de València.
