Biography
 

Luz Dary Ramírez Franco holds a PhD in Rule of Law and Global Governance from the University of Salamanca and is an Assistant Professor in the Department of Applied Economics at the University of Valencia, where she is part of the Teaching Unit in Economic Policy. Her research focuses on the comparative analysis of economic policies, governance, and the circular economy. She is currently a member of the research teams of projects such as CULT.T Culture & Technology, funded by the Erasmus+ programme and coordinated by the University of Camerino, and GovCityAssets: Enhancing the Management of Public Real Estate Assets, funded by the Spanish Ministry of Science, Innovation and Universities and coordinated by the University of Barcelona. She also collaborates with the Chair of Economic and Social Policy of the Valencian Community, an academic initiative supported by the Valencian Regional Government. She has undertaken research stays at universities in the United Kingdom, Germany, Mexico, Chile, and Colombia, and serves on academic committees of undergraduate and master’s programmes with a strong commitment to teaching excellence, rigorous research, and university innovation.
