
The article invites us to rethink traditional leadership theories in order to complement their proposals in the face of the challenges that Artificial Intelligence poses to both institutional order and human capabilities. Today, organisational balance and personal decision-making no longer depend solely on the influence of the leader. In a technocultural society where data is present in all human structures, there is an opportunity to reflect, from an ethical perspective, on how to integrate this digital challenge without losing the centrality of the human being.
Traditional leadership narratives are facing a new protagonist: the digital context. As digitalisation advances, we propose to focus on interpersonal relationships in order to understand that generative ethics is not a creation of content, but the true nature of leadership: caring for those who are yet to come.
