The exhibition of this Lima-born artist, which can be visited at the Cloister and the Sala Oberta, is part of the Art Exhibition against gender-based violence - So many women in one and the same. Acha-Kutsche’s art has a similar style to comic books and is very appealing to the student eye. The works displayed are large-scale illustrations based on photographs from the print and alternative media, and they act as a testimony of both the female struggle for liberation and the fundamental role women play in social movements.
