It is located at Camí de Muntanyars, 7, in Pinedo, today in the centre of the town and surrounded by other buildings.

According to J. García Esparza's book on the barraques (huts) of l’Horta (the irrigated land) of València, it dates from the 19th century. As is generally the case with the barraques of l’Horta, it is very difficult to find specific data on their history, as they are not important constructions and their names have changed quite easily with the different names of the people who have lived in them.
According to J. García Esparza's catalogue of barraques (huts) in theirrigated land of València, this barraca (hut) is built in the traditional fashion, with adobe walls and whitewashed cladding, and the gables of plaited cane. As has usually been the case, the original cover made with green elements has been replaced by fibre cement panels. It is now attached to the back of the house that faces Carrer de Muntanyars and is very much enclosed by the neighbouring buildings, so that the entrance has to be reached via a narrow alleyway. The enclosure is also surrounded by a fence of a certain height that isolates the barraca and a small courtyard in front of it.
