Camí de Muntanyars, 123, Pinedo.
According to J. García Esparza in his book on the barraques of l’Horta (the irrigated land) of València (2012), this would date from the 19th century.
Currently, the main peculiarity of this barraca (hut) is that it has been integrated into an adjoining house, an extension to it, which covers half of the main façade. According to J. García Esparza's catalogue of barraques (huts), it is built in the traditional fashion, with adobe and brick walls and whitewashed cladding, although the façade is embellished with modern ceramic tiles around the door. The only remaining part of the façade is the door on the right-hand side, with no windows. The floor plan has a total façade width of 5,5 m (18ft 0.5 in) and a depth of just over 9,5 m (31ft 2 in), a height of 6,30 m (20ft 8 in) and a total floor area of approximately 53,5 m2 (575.8692ft²). As in the vast majority of cases, the original cover made with green elements has now been replaced by a fibre cement roof.
