
The ETTICs research group of the Universitat de València is organising from 17 October to 3 November the 21st edition of the Jean Monet Tax Seminars: Rethinking modern tax systems.
The seminar, which will be chaired by Professor Alfredo García Prats, with lecturers Carlos Pedrosa and Benjamín Sevilla as academic secretaries, will consist of several sessions:
- 17 October: Aggressive tax planning: conceptualisation and initiatives. In collaboration with: UCU. Observatorio de Tributación y Empresa (Uruguay).
- 20 October: The new paradigms of international taxation (I). In collaboration with: San Carlos University (Guatemala).
- 24 October: The new paradigms of international taxation (II). In collaboration with: San Carlos University (Guatemala).
- 26 October: The new paradigms of international taxation (III). In collaboration with: San Carlos University (Guatemala).
- 3 November: OECD Pillar 2. In collaboration with: SUNAT (Peru).
This Congress has been organised by the ETICCs Research Group (International, Constitutional and Comparative Tax Studies) of the Universitat de València and the Jean Monnet Chair for EU Tax Law and Policy with the help of the Jean Monnet Project UE_SRIC_620108-EPP-1-2020-1-ES-EPPJMO-PROJECT SECOTAX, y del proyecto PROMETEO/2021/041, XXITAX of the Department of Innovation, Universities, Science and Digital Society, as well as the collaboration of various universities and institutions.
