University of Vienna (WU University) celebrated the 15th Edition of the PhD Seminar on 8 and 9 September, an academic gathering, reference in European tax law that welcomes doctorate students and professors from several European universities in order to promote knowledge transfer and scientific debate in an international meeting.

Professor Alfredo García Prats and doctorate student Raquel Alamà Perales represented the ETICCs group.

Professor García Prats was invited as discussant to comment and critique students presenting their research projects. His participation enriched the academic debate with an experienced perspective in international and European tax law.

Raquel Alamà got the chance to present the main focus of her doctoral thesis, the advances in her research, and received valuable observations from experts and other students. Her intervention was the perfect example of the standars for the ETICCs group.

The seminar participation restates the international vocation of the ETICCs research group to consolidate their pressence in first level academic forums and showcase their commitment with education and research in European tax law.
