
Raquel Alamà Perales has presented, within the EUCOTAX WINTERCOURSE 2023 Legitimacy of tax rules (Uppsala University), the work "Decision-making processes of international initiatives on tax and their impact on legitimacy at national level (OECD, UN, soft law, public consultations, tax treaty policy reports, etc.)", supervised by professor Dr. Alfredo García Prats, from the ETICCs Research Group.
This work has been conducted by the ETICCs Research Group (International, Constitutional and Comparative Tax Studies Group) of the Universitat de València and the Jean Monnet EU Tax Law and Policy Chair, with a grant from the Jean Monnet Project UE_SRIC_620108-EPP-1-2020-1-ES-EPPJMO-PROJECT SECOTAX, with the project "Adaptation of tax rules to the fourth industrial revolution: Artificial Intelligence and Tax Administration" (CIGE/2021/061) and the project PROMETEO/2021/041, XXITAX, of the Regional Ministry of Innovation, Universities, Science and Digital Society.
