Between 18 and 20 June, professor F. Alfredo García Prats took part in the 24th National Congress of the Mexican Tax Law Academy, held in the University Cultural Centre of Morelia.

Professor García Prats gave the master class “Tax justice and the limits of the power to tax (economic capacity, taxation to assets and the ability to confiscate)”.

The congress was about the “Challenges of the Tax Justice” and had the participation of over 40 speakers and communicators of multiple countries, all of them showing a high technical-law level.

From the ETICCs group we want to express our thanks to the Mexican Tax Law Academy for their trust in our group and hope to maintain the collaboration in researching, training and dissemination of tax materials activities.
