We must highlight motivation as a right that will have the understandable reasoning of the acts of the Administration, which will have to be presented in a natural language with the corresponding justifications, being not only legal by also technical, gathering how technology has been used to reach such decision. Other digital rights acquire certain relevance here, such as the needed human intervention in the automatized decision-making, which can end up affecting the rights of those involved and that have already presented, in topics such as adjournments, sanctions and even the procedural acts themselves in which there is a precept intervention of the court clerk, as they can be the presented justifications when asking for the judicial entry authorisation into the constitutionally protected residence.
