Professor Garcia Prats, Professor of Financial and Tax Law at the Universitat de València and member of the ETICCs Group, will participate in the seminar ‘Abuse and International Tax Planning: What are the limits?’, organised by the Observatorio de Tributación y Empresa -Universidad Católica de Uruguay.
The seminar will be held on Monday, 17 October 2022 both face-to-face in the Semprún Auditorium (Estero Bellaco 2771) and online.
