José Luis Bosch Cholbi is a Doctor of Law and Senior Lecturer in Financial and Tax Law at the Universitat de València. He has held visiting professor positions at several Italian universities, including Bergamo, Turin, Luiss, Roma, as well as at the University of San Carlos de Guatemala and the University of Guadalajara in Mexico.
He has been, for 4 years, the director of the Master's Degree in Law at the University of Valencia and the ICAV.
For the past 20 years, he has served as Academic Secretary for the Master’s Degree in Finance and Taxation, directed by Professor Martín Queralt, organised by the UV-IEF and ADEIT. He is also a member of the Spanish Association of Tax Advisors (AEDAF).
He has successfully led numerous research projects that have been awarded in competitive public calls and has published over 60 papers in national and international journals and editorials.
He is also an external evaluator for ANEP and several national journals. He has delivered lectures at numerous national and international congresses and has also taught doctoral courses at various Spanish and foreign universities.
His areas of expertise include tax procedures, taxpayers’ rights and guarantees, as well as local taxation and cadastral management. He has also provided external tax advisory services.
