V. Alberto García Moreno is a Senior Lecturer in Financial and Tax Law at the Universitat de València. He is a Doctor in Tax Law and has completed university training in economics and business. Additionally, he serves as Secretary of the Scientific Committee of Revista Tributa Fiscal and as a member of the Scientific Advisory Committee for Revista Carta Tributaria Estudios.
He was appointed by the Universitat de València as a member of the Scuola Europea di Alti Studi Tributari (European School of Tax Studies), which includes teaching and applied activities carried out in the field of specialised training research projects, both national and international, developed in cooperation with European institutions on relevant issues of the practical application of tax law.
In the academic field, he has written extensively on tax-related topics, including those related to the business environment and the application of tax procedures. In the private sector, he provides legal counsel to companies facing diverse tax-related challenges.
