Dr Adoración Borja Sanchis is a Doctor of Law and Senior Lecturer of Financial and Tax Law at the Universitat de València. She has been teaching at the university for over 30 years.
In the academic field, she has authored a number of tax publications on specialised areas of tax law, including personal income tax, as well as more general topics such as the impact of payments on account, conflicts in the application of tax law, tax liability, the principal of budgetary stability and the role of administrative assistance in tax assessment in the European Union. She has also participated in a number of national and academic and social conferences.
