Gianluigi Bizioli is Professor of Tax Law and International and EU Tax Law at the Department of Law of the University of Bergamo. He has been a visiting researcher at the University of Cambridge (United Kingdom) and at the University of Heidelberg (Germany).
His main areas of research are constitutional tax law, international tax law and European Union tax law. He has published two monographs - one on European legal integration in tax matters and another on the financial and fiscal autonomy of the regions - and more than 80 papers.
He is a member of the EATLP (European Association of Tax Law Professors) and of the IFA (International Fiscal Association), as well as of the Board of Professors of Business & Law Doctorate at the University of Bergamo. He is the Legal Director of the Tax and Legal Services of Pwc Italia.
