Enrique de Miguel Canuto, Doctor in Law from the University of Bologna, is Professor of Financial and Tax Law at the Faculty of Law of the University of Valencia, where he has been teaching for more than thirty years.
He has been a substitute judge of the Contentious-Administrative Chamber of the High Court of Justice of the Community of Valencia for twenty years.
He is a specialist in tax law, with a background in administrative law, and has published books on electricity tax, expert accounting appraisal, the statute of limitations for tax offences, the parafiscal taxes of the Valencian Government and the extension of the effects of tax rulings.
