IAIOS TRAINING FESTIVAL, 7th Edition. 19 april 2024. It comes back the best Physical activity and Sport FIESTA, an inclusive and intergenerational festival for our SENIORS.
The challenge: overcome our previours record of more than 400 happy seniors in movement, in the 6th edition.
Organized by: UIRFIDE research group and the Sports Service of the University of Valencia.
Collaborators: Faculty of Physical Activity and Sports Sciences; Physical education and Sports Department, and GESMED Foundation.This year, the annual Meeting about "Optimizing training and the design of Physical Activity programs in the older adults" has focused on "The Sport of Orienting, a tool to improve quality of life and physical and mental function in the older people" by Dr. Nuria Caus Pertegaz.
