AgrotecUV, the high technology agri-food incubator from the Universitat de València, has selected a total of eight business proposals on their third call destined to the incubation of start-ups and enterprising projects on sustainable agroalimentary. The favoured companies will receive an economic resources and different services for their development.
The call received more than 40 proposals coming from six countries, which reflects the increasing interest on sustainable solutions on the agri-food sector and consolidates AgrotecUV as a referent on the support of innovative initiatives.
Veganic Nature, Agrotan Natura, Ajax DNA, Bio2Coat, BioAgroTec Solutions, Guennetikos Gen, Karat Foods and Modoru Biotech sum up, this way, to the more than fifty entities that conform the AgrotecUV community for the scientific-technical and business collaboration.
From now on, the selected projects will have access to all the advantages of the incubation programme, that includes specialized trainings, personalized accompanying and access to AgrotecUV Lab, the laboratory of shared use and equipped for the selected start-ups, among other resources designed to carry out their development.
With this new generation of start-ups, AgrotecUV reaffirms their compromise to promote an innovation model that contributes to an agri-food system more sustainable and efficient.
