CIEMAT (www.ciemat.es) is an international benchmark in the development of particle accelerator technology for large scientific facilities for basic research, developments with high social applications (especially in the field of medicine) and accelerators with energy applications. CIEMAT's experience covers diverse technologies, such as radiofrequency systems, resistive magnets, superconductivity and cryogenics or diagnostics, among others. In parallel, synergies have been developed with other sectors of activity, such as energy storage or transport.
