It is only possible to change the status when a record is in the Grades status and the professors have stated all the grades of that record. On the other hand, the persons who can validate the record are:
- The professor of the record.
- The head of department of the record.
Once the conditions for changing the status of the record are met, pressing the button takes you to a screen showing the available methods for validating the record.
It is important to remember that the Change of Status can be reached from the Record List and from the Record Line Detail.
