Validation methods for diligence proposals

In order to confirm the proposals, the teachers associated to the reports must carry out the validation of the proposals. Currently two methods of validation are allowed:

Via SMS to the phone number that the professor has associated in cuentas.uv.es.
Via Digital Certificate. In order to use this method, it is mandatory that the user accesses the application with the digital certificate:

Pressing the validation of proceedings button in the report detail list will display the screen of available validation methods (SMS or digital certificate). If the CANCEL button is pressed, you will be returned to the report detail list.

If the SMS sending method is selected, an SMS will be sent with a code that you will have to enter in the data field in a window like the one displayed below:

After entering the code and pressing the ACCEPT button, the validation of the proposed proceedings is carried out. If you press the CANCEL button, you return to the list of details of the proceedings.

If the digital certificate method is selected, a warning is displayed indicating that we have selected the validation method by Digital Certificate. If the ACCEPT button is clicked, the validation of the proposed proceedings is carried out. If the CANCEL button is pressed, you are returned to the screen to re-select the validation method.

In any of the validation methods, different situations may occur when validating proposals:

The report has one teacher	Once the proposed proceedings have been validated, an informative email is sent to the teacher and the status of the proposed proceedings is changed so that they can be signed by the Secretary of the centre.
The report has two teachers	If the first teacher validates the proposal for diligence, an informative email is sent to both teachers and the status of the proposal pending validation is maintained.
The report has two teachers	If the second teacher subsequently validates the proposed action, an informative email is sent to both teachers and the status of the proposed actions is changed so that they can be signed by the Secretary of the centre.
