In a report in processed status and with the official report signed, the validation button for proceedings remains active. There is also the possibility of activating the button to propose an action, by selecting the option Sign up/Unsuscribe from the action management of a student.
In the Diligence management column, the following cases can occur:
| Students who have the Sign up/Unsuscribe option without the NPI of the teachers associated to the report. | It means that the student does not have a proposal for a change of grade pending validation or signature and, in this case, can be selected to register a proposal for a change of grade. |
| Students who have the Sign up/Unsuscribe option with the NPI of the teachers associated to the report and, at least, one teacher has not validated the proposal of diligence. | It means that there is a proposal created, but it has not yet been validated by all teachers. |
| Students who do not have the Sign up/Unsuscribe option, but do have the NPI of the teachers associated with the report, and all the teachers have validated the proposed diligence. | It means that the proposal is pending signature by the Secretary of the centre. In this case, proposals cannot be cancelled. |
In order to manage a diligence proposal, select the "Sign up/Unsuscribe" button on the line and click on the "Diligence Management" button.
To register the proposal, the new qualification must be entered, the reason for registration must be entered in observations, and the REGISTER button must be clicked. Both clicking on the SIGN UP button and the CLOSE WINDOW button closes the window and refreshes the detail list of the record. Pressing the UNSUBSCRIBE button unsubscribes the proposal. When unsubscribing, an email is sent to the teachers associated to the reports, only if any of the teachers had signed the proposal. Both by clicking on the REMOVE button and the CLOSE WINDOW button, the window is closed and the list of details of the reports is refreshed.
In order to validate the proposals for proceedings, click on the button "Validation of proceedings", and a list of the proposals for proceedings that the teacher has will be displayed. Clicking on the ACCEPT button navigates to the validation methods screen of the diligences proposal.
