New elements have been added in the new development of Digital Reports:

Header

In the header a row has been added for each professor associated to the digital report. Each of these rows contains the NPI, surname and first name of each professor. Next to the NPI of each professor, an icon is displayed to show whether the report is validated or pending validation by that professor.

List

When a report has been processed and the official record has been signed, proposals for a change of grade for the students of a report can be added. The following changes have been added to the list:

Grade	Displays the student's current grade.
	If the line has a diligence proposal, the grade will be displayed in red and the shown icon will appear. Hovering the mouse over the icon will indicate the status of the proceeding proposal.
Proceeding management	Allows the registration or withdrawal of proposals for proceedings.
Add/Drop	Allows you to select the line on which you want to add or delete the diligence proposal.
	Icon that can be displayed to the right of the NPI, indicating the NPI of the person who has validated the due diligence proposal for that line.
	Icon that can be displayed to the right of the NPI, indicating the NPI of the person who has NOT validated the due diligence proposal for that line.

Push button

Two new buttons have also been added to the panel:

Proceeding management	Proceedings proposal button for a change of note. For processed digital reports with an official report, the column " Proceedings management " will be displayed. For each row in the list, the option "Add/Drop" will be displayed in this column, unless the student has a diligence and it has been validated by the professors of the report. To activate this button, a row in that column must first be selected. When selecting a row and pressing the button, a new window will open showing the following: If the line has a diligence proposal, the proposal information shall be displayed and shall be allowed to be cancelled. If the line does not have a diligence proposal, it shall allow to register a diligence proposal with the new grade and its reason.
Proceeding Validation	Button for proposal validation and proceedings. It will always be active for digital reports that have been processed and have an official report. When this button is pressed, the list of proceedings proposals that are pending validation by the professor is displayed.

Button for proposal validation and proceedings. It will always be active for digital reports that have been processed and have an official report. When this button is pressed, the list of proceedings proposals that are pending validation by the professor is displayed.

Report details according to their status

Report in Grades status: when a report appears in Grades status, there is no possibility of activating the button to propose a follow-up action and the follow-up validation button will be inactive.
Report in Closed status: when a report appears in Closed status, it has not been processed and the official report has not been signed. In this way, there is no possibility to activate the button to propose an action; moreover, the action management and validation button will be inactive.
Report in Processed status: when a report appears in Processed status (with the official record already signed), the validation button will remain active.
