Registration is now open for the "COVID-19, Derechos y responsabilidades” event.

The Universitat de València, by means of the Office of the Vice-Principal for Territorial Projection and Society, joins forces with the Valencian Anti-Fraud Agency, the City Council of Llíria and the Faculty of Law to organise this event titled “Covid-19, derechos y responsabilidades” (Covid-19, rights and responsibilities). The relationship between the basic fundamental rights of the democratic system, the health safety of the population and the responsibilities of public authorities and citizens in the Covid-19 pandemic situation will be the event’s main debate topic.

Speeches will revolve around issues such as the holding of elections during the pandemic, the right to decide on vaccination, the infringement of norms, new forms of cybercrime related to Covid-19, and the action of public authorities in managing the health crisis.

This academic and social discussion is crucial to improve prevention techniques and the fight against corruption and fraud practices in the management of public affairs. Likewise, they’re also basic debates to strengthen the civic training and public ethics of the Valencian society.

Date From 26 april 2021 to 5 may 2021. 24h. Every day.
