Evento Innotransfer sobre Turismo Inteligente y Transformador
Intelligent and transforming tourism: Keys for an economic recovery
Hybrid

The workshop turns around technological innovation, culture, international cooperation and the knowledge to regenerate the different touristic destinies

The Science Park Foundation of the Universitat de València (FPCUV) organises Wednesday, 22th May, at 10am, a new Innotransfer event, the open innovative programme promoted by the fice Science Parks from the Valencian Community with the support of the Valencian Department of Innovation, Industry, Commerce and Tourism of the GVA, under the title ‘Turismo inteligente y transformador: Claves para la recuperación económica desde la innovación abierta’.

The workshop is centred in how technological innovation, culture, international cooperation and scientific knowledge can contribute to the generation of touristic destinies by extreme climatic phenomena, like the DANA, in the Valencian Community. In a transitional context towards more sustainable and resilient models. tourism introduces itself as a key sector in order to activate solutions that connect administrations, entities and citizenship with a regenerative and solidary vision of territorial development.

Technological innovation, intelligent assessment and public-private collaboration present themselves as key to guarantee resilience and sustainability of tourism in Spain, especially in regions such as the Valencian Community, that look to adapt to climatic challenges and maintain their attractive as touristic destiny.

To analyse the opportunities of this market in constant evolution, the new workshop Innotransfer dedicated to intelligent tourism and transformation will take place in the Marie Curie Auditorium from the Science Park of the Universitat de València (PCUV), for which is necessary a registration to go to the event. To assist is mandatory to sign up.
